こんにちは 🤟
My name is Jonathan Butler (known by my friends as JB). I am a social technologist and leader that loves sharing knowledge, building community, and improving systems, all while trying to cultivate a warrior's mindset.Currently a product manager at Nintex and volunteer no-code solution architect. I have the privilege of working with various talented groups from all over the world, including Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Dubai, South Africa, and the U.K.

Work
After spending time as an engineer, program manager, and product manager, I now get to help determine the strategy for AI and Machine Learning opportunities across the Nintex platform. Processes are the story of how a business works, and by providing better insights and recommendations, we have the opportunity to influence the way that millions of people around the world do their day to day work.A constant tinkerer and lifelong learner, I am always working on at least one side project, and use my leftover time to volunteer and get involved in my local community here in Wenatchee WA.To see more of my past work, check-out my LinkedIn profile.
Books
These are my current top five most influential books. I highly recommend giving them a read as they will help take you to other worlds and look at your own world in new ways.To see what I am currently reading or what is in my backlog, check out my profile on Goodreads.

Systems
OKRs are a proven technique for helping teams and organizations achieve amazing success in the world of business. The MyOS framework translates this technique to the personal life, and allows individuals to map out both their near term and long term personal objectives, track their execution, and align to the Five Focuses that help create a more balanced, complete life. With the added ability to capture notes, track tasks, and develop one's own personal mission, the MyOS framework is the go to personal operating system.
